The Starbucks 2014 Planner Giveaway

I haven’t done this blog raffle in a while and I was actually a bit surprised to find that I’ve gotten the Starbucks planner before December hit. I swear that Starbucks card is so convenient, especially when I’ve forgotten my lunch money and the card is all I have. So yeah…I pretty much grab my lunches at Starbucks whenever I am at Benilde.

Since I don’t have much use for planners now that I’m dependent on my smart phone, I would like to raffle off this gorgeous baby:

And the nice thing about this is the sticker that says this on the box:

In order to enter the raffle, you’ll mostly need to share your personal reflection about the year 2013 in the comments section below. It could be about anything that struck you most in the past year.

UPDATE December 18, 2013: I just finished my second sticker so this raffle has been extended, though the first winner will be claiming her prize today.

Again, like most of my raffles, this runs by point system so you can earn points through this (first two are required):

Those who’ve already submitted their entries in the comments section during the first run but didn’t win, you still have a chance to re-tweet or re-post on FB. No need to re-enter your reflections in the comments section. I’ll be manually combining the old entries and the new one.

Previous winner:

The draw date is indicated on the raffle details. Have fun looking back at how productive your year had been and GOOD LUCK!

2013 is a good year for me, I graduated last may 2013 and a surprise from my dad he was here, I got my first job without experiencing too many interviews coz the company from my ojt absorbed us, and I received so many blessings and answered prayers.

Next is my blog http://homeofabooklover.blogspot.com/ is great now, still gathering viewers but it's cool, I got books from different publishers and so many people supported me.

so yeah.. I had a good year 😀

The highlight of my 2013 reflection would be one thing. When I finally decided to start losing weight last May. I weighed as much as 80 kilos, with a waistline of 44 inches. Now I am at 35 inches. Still a long way for my 28 inch goal but with determination I know I can do it. It is also because of health reasons and image that I started to realize I cannot be over weight anymore. 2013 is a good year with opportunities, but the battle of being healthy is the hardest to attain for someone like me.

I can say that 2013 is a good year for me. The highlight of this year is that last October 30, we celebrate the first birthday of our unica hija, Janina Rylee (which was done last November 9). It is an overwhelming experience for us. I thank God that after months of planning, it was a success.
I also thank the Lord that I have more time now to blog. I thank God for good health, financial blessings, guidance and protection.

2013 Opened the year for me in a lt of ways both good and bad. However it also made me realize that regardless of whereever we are in life all it takes is an iron heart and an iron will to step forward and move outside of your comfort zone if you want to succeed in life.

My reflections this 2013 is to appreciate what you have because I resigned from my work not realizing that it's hard to apply for a new job. I totally regret my decision. I hope next year I can have a job already. 🙁

    1. my mother in law died suddenly and hinde man lang sya nakapag farewell/habilin sa mga naiwan nya. kaya i see to it that i will always tell and make my love ones feel they are appreciated and love everyday.

    2. hubby resigned from work coz he wants to go pursue work abroad kaso mahirap pala mag apply. ending mag 6 months na sya jobless. lesson learned dont resign from your current work if you're not sure the one you want to apply/work with will accept you.

    1. Go green – “Yolanda” happened because we do not care about the environment
    2. Forgive and forget. Stress is bad for the skin.

    3. This year is not a good year for me. But I promised that I will make my 2014 worthwhile.

This year, I realized that everything really does happen for a reason. You should not question God why bad things happen to you, because He always have a plan for you. Things may not be going out as planned today, but it will turn around soon.
Just like what happened to me, He may have to remove certain people from my life, but I met new people that helped me go through the bad times and my studies went very well this year.

This year for me is to build up my confidence. First this year I graduated from high school with flying colors. I need to talk in front of many people and I survived and I thank God. It was very nerve-racking experience. Second when I will start my new journey as a college student. I need to be confident because this is college. Many things happen and because of that it helps to build my confidence. I am happy.
