Hap Chan Binondo

This is where my PhD classmates and I ate after our Seng Guan Temple trip. Hap Chan!!!

Unfortunately, I realized that a lot of the food they serve are stuff that I’m now avoiding. Like sauces that are too strong. So this will be a photoblog of sorts. I only touched three dishes anyway. Booohooo!

Fish fillet. I normally eat this since fish is like meat to me.

I’m not sure what this is. Chicken feet? Now, this I don’t eat. Hehe.

Calamari!

I’ve been staying away from pork since high school.
But I think this is liempo. Or lechon kawali?

Hakaw! My favorite!
I never go to a Chinese restaurant without eating prawn dumplings.

And um…yeah, this entire dish is for me. I love broccoli.

Assorted cold cuts. I only took a bit of jelly fish and century egg. Yum!
