BRTC Jasmine Water BB Cream
Well this sample that was sent to me by The Beauty and Cosmetic Shop is pretty small but is enough for my entire face and neck. This is supposedly for dry sensitive skin. I have combination-oily but I didn’t find out that it’s for dry skin until days later. The description here says: “This is a triple function BB cream with whitening, wrinkle care and replenishment functions.” (Hm. Did you mean “moisture”?)
It has a grayish tint, though knowing BB creams and BRTC, I wasn’t quite worried that it would remain that way for the entire day.
Here’s a photo right after application, filling my eyebrows and putting on tinted lip balm. This variant has light coverage, so you can actually see my pores and my skin’s less-than-sterling texture. LOL.
It settled into my skin halfway through the day and I had another photo taken more than 12 hours later.
It blended into my natural skin color. I’m not sure what to make of it just yet but I like the dewy results towards the later part of the day. I’m not going to push it, though, because I’m still rather oily and it’s so easy for me to break out if I used a product for dry skin more than once.
I’d have to emphasize again that this has light coverage. So if you’re conscious about dark circles and pimple marks (I had them actually), you’d have to layer this with concealer.
I sort of have a “deadma” attitude when it comes to zits (I only hate it when they hurt) so I had nothing but BB cream on. You can even see the dark circles under my eyes (thanks to lack of sleep) on the second photo.
Anyway, I still think this is a pretty good BB cream considering the last photo was taken after I had woken up from a rather long nap. Haha!
