Suddenly addicted to Google Spreadsheets @_@

I spent the entire day playing with it. At first I was having dificulty because it didn’t have conditional formatting…until I was able to find Google’s version of it. I must say, it’s a lot more user-friendly than Excel. Now the only things I need out of it are the vertical alignments and freezing panes. Freezing panes are very important. It minimizes human errors.

Anyhoo, I’m still addicted to it…

So when evening came and Ira asked for her grade (as she wasn’t able to get her course card), I gave her the URL to the spreadsheet. And the subjects/worksheets were tabbed! Wee!

Google Spreadsheets can convert your online files to Excel and PDF formats. Best of all, I don’t have to bring my thumb drive to virus-infested schools anymore. It also saves me the hassle of emailing the grades to myself every now and then.

Here’s a sample of the Spreadsheet:

(I removed the names of those who got less than 3.0)
