Twilight Teaser Trailer
I’m almost done reading Twilight…
Well, at first I had a hard time relating because gawsh. The thing is set in high school, with Biology and P.E. and the supporting characters’ biggest problem is getting a date for the prom. Geh. I am also used to Jayne Anne Krentz’s fast-paced supernatural romances, where every page must be turned because it’s action-packed. Stephanie Meyer’s pace makes me feel lethargic.
Can’t deny that I couldn’t put the book down, though. Especially since my internet was down the whole day yesterday and I couldn’t do my PhD school deadlines.
Nevertheless, seeing this trailer gave me goosebumps. The second trailer also had me getting excited. Finally! Antagonists at the end of the book! Will post the second trailer next.
Hm. Am I the only one who thinks Robert Pattinson suits Edward? That was kinda how I imagined Edward would be. Lanky, tall…sullen. I wish he had a killer smile, though. Edward has a killer smile.

September 22, 2008 at 1:42 ammas kinikilig ako sa movie kesa sa book. hahaha! kasi i have a feeling they will cut short all those high school-y drama and proceed to the sexual tension. hahahahaha!
a lot of people keep telling me that Edward in the movie looks like Red. medyo, buti na lang may descriptions sa book na medyo malayo (except for the hairstyle). it'd be weird reading romantic fiction while seeing Red in your mind's eye.
i imagined Bella Swan as this gothic-looking girl…

Actually, I think he's good enought. He's good looking too but the description in the book on Edward's looks don't exactly match Robert Pattison's. But he's hot too… Hahaha… I can't wait for this movie!
