I miss The Ice Cream Bar (Flavors by FIC) Frozen Yogurt
It just struck me how I’ve managed to blog about so many of the frozen yogurt I’ve tried but never about the one that I truly love best: The Ice Cream Bar’s (Flavors by FIC). I haven’t been to Rockwell in a year and I really miss the area, especially this.
Located at Joya Drive, The Ice Cream Bar is a small but cozy place. Well, it’s cozy when there’s not too many people around. Most of the time, it’s packed. Once you’ve tasted the ice cream, you’ll know why. Basically, FIC, which is short for “Fruits in Ice Cream”, is known for its deliciously abundant, delightfully chunky fruit bits. That’s why, despite my general distaste for ice cream, FIC is my favorite brand.
FIC maintains this same quality when it comes to the yogurt. I’m not sure a lot of people will appreciate it, though, because it is exquisitely sour. Just the way I like my fro-yo.
Oh and…the above photo was actually taken last year. I used Cris’s Nikon D80 (she calls him Cham Junior), though I wasn’t too familiar with the cam then. Still not that familiar with it now, heh.

September 10, 2010 at 1:54 amYummy siya kasi creamy and milky yet tart at the same time, di naglalasang ice cream. I also got to talk to FIC's president, he told us they use real cultured yogurt as opposed to shortcut methods na powdered probiotics. 🙂
