Win one of these Viviamo planners!

I’ve previously reviewed Viviamo’s Belle de Jour and Navi planners. Now it’s time to find out who else is interested in owning one.

The contest mechanics are simple:

  1. State which planner you’d like to own (Belle de Jour or Navi) .
  2. On the comments box or through your blog (just leave your entry’s URL below): Tell us about your New Year’s resolutions. Β
  3. Be as creative as possible. After all, these planners entailed a lot of craft themselves.

Additional Points:

You can have more than one entry, just in case you change your mind about your resolutions. (I know how difficult they are to make.) One Navi and one BDJ planner will be given to the best entries. The contest ends on December 26, 2010.

I’m seriously interested in how everyone wants to start the new year. You could come up with really profound or entertaining insights and I’d be totally grateful that you shared them with us. So think of these prizes as incentives. =^.^=

Okay, now for our previous contest’s winner….

As usual, when it comes to contests that require a bit of information sharing, I had difficulty choosing the best entry. I asked my sister and another friend to help me with this. We each picked three of our favorites, rated them (including the additional points), and one emerged victorious. It was a very close battle, though.

Anyway, our winner is:
dashashash

Congratulations!! Please contact me with your full name, contact number and mailing address via this form so I can send this item to you ASAP.

Next, our raffle re-draw for the Missha Giveaway…

Since our winner for the 2nd round did not claim the reward, I ran the names through the randomizer again and came up with:

Den Alibudbud!

As with dashashash, please contact me with your full name, contact number and mailing address via this form so I can send this item to you ASAP. Congratulations, Den!

Oh my, I would give you my left arm, just give me that BDJ Planner!

My 2011 New Year's resolution is to be a better daughter to my parents. My mother just survived breast cancer this year and the thought of losing them this early kills me. So when I still have the luxury of time to make them feel my love, I will. My father's getting older, too. He just turned 57 this November. And I don't want to regret not having to show them how grateful I was to be their daughter. And from all the resolution's that I had for yesteryears, this one I will truly live by. Not only next year but for the rest of my life.

My new year's resolution… stop the binge and don't add the bulge.

As a blogger, I get invited to events where sometimes good food is served. What to do? Eat first before going to an event, if it's gonna be in Spiral, it's an excuse not to do so hehe No seriously, I will shy away from my favorite part which is dessert.

So, BDJ it is for me!

i wish i could have a Belle de Jour planner perfect for getting things in order.
my new year's resolution is to lessen my expenses and to be a wise spender. I have the attitude of buying things which are not so important and end up no savings. My parents would get mad at me because of being extravagant.

Hi there! I'd rather have Belle de Jour planner, aside from I heard so much things about it I find it so tempting because one of my co-nurse in the hospital own one of it and one time we had the same shift for a month and she really used it a lot and helping her organize things, schedules and even telling me about events that she attended just owning a particular planner so im very interested to use and have one for me because one of my new years resolution is be organize and starting it with owning a very organize planner that will motivate me more to manage my time wisely and to have social life also by attending events that that will be offered nest year.

Thanks a lot for this opportunity and God Bless πŸ™‚

My 2011 new year resolution is quite different from my resolutions in the previous years. Maybe because it's not just about quitting this and giving up that. Now it's about being able to help my mom and dad in every single way that I can. Be it financially, physically, emotionally, whatever. Being an only child, I was always close to my parents and after graduating this year, I feel like its about time that I'm the one who's taking care of them as I think they've already done enough for me. πŸ™‚

My 2011 new year resolution would be eat healthy, quality over quantity! As the new year comes, I'll be stepping into a new stage of my life, the big 3-0! And for that, I promised to cut down on meat, sweets and junk food! And start a healthier and greener lifestyle, staying more on fish and greens. I think this will be a great challenge for me since I love eating! Anyway, I gave myself a pat at the back because recently I just turned down an invitation to dine at a hotel's buffet.. good girl ! πŸ˜€ So I guess I'm already starting a kick-off before the new year arrives!

I'd love to own the Belle de Jour 2011 Planner that you're giving away. Haven't had one before so it'll be a wish come true this christmas (and coming new year) if you'll give me one. Hohoho!!!

Here are 3 of my 2011 new year's resolution:
    – To be a wise spender and save money for my baby's need. I'm a new mom (just gave birth last month) and I want to be the best mom that I can be for our baby. But with how I spend my money now, I won't be able to save a cent even if I want to. So, I'd like to start the new year by opening a savings account for my baby and setting a fix percentage from our salary (mine and my husband's) to be transferred to that account.
    – To stay away from spicy and fatty foods. I have a gallstone problem and though its specific cause is unknown, I'd like to eliminate any possible causes that might trigger the pain. I'm scheduled to have an operation to remove the stones but no specific schedule yet as of the moment. And since I'm a hands on mom, I don't want to put any risk of me having this pains while taking care of my baby.
    – To get a makeover for myself. As much as I love being a new mom and wife to my husband, I have to take care of myself as well. Not only for myself but for them also. And I admit I've been neglecting how I look since I got pregnant. So I vow to have a makeover by the start of the year and maintain a good look throughout the whole year. Yey!!

I already liked the image you posted in Facebook.

And I've posted my new year's resolution in my blog as well:

    3. I blogged about my New Years resolution at

but i'll post it here nonetheless. ^_^
    ______________________________________________
New year is just around the corner. So what are your New Years' Resolutions? I actually have quite a lot….

    Financial
    – save, save and save. I have really been spending a lot lately, Well, there is school and tuition fees. But there are other things that I can save but choose not to. >_< So, I think I have to implement my savings plan. Maybe half of my salary monthly. The new Belle de Jour planner has a savings plan so that would help. Education
I am at the end of my course and really nearing graduation. So I think I must push forth with that and double my efforts.

    Patience…
.. is a virtue. And I think i must lengthen my understanding about most people. You know, being childish is not really confined to a certain age group. A lot of people can be childish and man! Does it irritate me! So for next year, I promise to be more patient towards others.

    You've Got Mail
I'm not really the best of correspondents and at times I totally loose contact with my friends, I promise to keep up with what's happening with their lives, even a small hi and hello once in a while is better than not texting.

    Exercise
The best form of insurance is in ones health. I think I must learn to exercise again. I'm gaining weight again which is not always a bad thing but if it keeps you from doing the things that you want to do then I say start over a new leaf!!

    Manga
I am trying to cull my collection and just keep the books that I really want

    Organize and simplify
I must organize my things. Although they are not all over the place but I see things that I haven't been using for a time and just gathering dust. I think I must give those away. It will not only free up some space but its also one less thing to think about. Less clutter, less worries.

These things can be done right now but the New Year invokes in us a need to change. So, what are your plans for the New Year?

    Hello!
My choice would be the BDJ Planner if ever I would win.
I always believed that we don't really need New Year's resolution because I believe that resolution should always be everyday, or when you think you need to.
If I would have a New Year's resolution for 2011, it would be LIVING MY LIFE AS IF IT'S MY LAST. God has a big part on it since He plans my life, and putting my life on Him is the best; everyday is resolution day. πŸ™‚

    dear BDJ planner,

i need you in my life. since i saw and “liked” your photo on FB, i have had my heart set on making you mine. think of all the exciting things we would do next year! there's that new job i need to get then prove my worth by remembering and being on time for appointments, and making sure that projects are on track. consider all the rain checks i've accumulated that are overdue: lunches with friends, trying out a yoga class, and all the “me-time” my boyfriend wants me to have. and then, the most important thing i need your help with: starting plans for my cheap-chic dream wedding! (hmm, will list “get engaged” for my 2011 resolutions as well.) did you know that planning for a wedding, however simple, can take a year? oh BDJ, how can i do any of these things without you (and without the money to pay for a wedding planner)? it's time to plan the life i've always wanted, and i need all the help i can get.

    love, den

ps. i really didn't want to, but i'm forced to tell other people about you on

Oh no!!! Another New year's resolution? Okay. I only have one resolution, that is, To make my previous resolutions happen. I would start today. A resolution would be meaningless if I don't act on it. So as early as possible, I will try to do all of them, one by one. At the top of my list is to be patient in all of things to be done.

Keeping my fingers crossed to win a BDJ planner

My New Year's Resolution is to keep cool and maintain a positive outlook no matter how stressful situations might be especially since I'm expecting our second child come March. What's not to love my darling BDJ planner?

    2011.
Ive been existing in this planet for 21 years already and it just seems that I haven't been utilizing it for real.

    2001.
gradeschool. Study. Go home. Sleep. Watch Ghostfighter religiously.

    2005.
Highschool. Sleep. Eat. Study a bit. Text. Go home and be scolded.

    2007.
College. All of the above plus a whole lot of procrastinating. Yes.

You see, I never really wanted to live and not be remembered. I want to do things. I was always planning in joining Gabriela. I always wanted to be a part of something. Nonetheless, I end up doing nothing. These thoughts will just come back to me one day, a random one day which will got me thinking, 'what the heck did I do all these years'?.

2011. This is the year that I want to start everything from smalltime goals to major decisions. With that, what could be better that be accompanied by a chic and classy organizer/planner/journal (rolled in one).

Plus I wouldn't want to forget these years which are not just dates but filled with memories and emotions that I would not dare miss this coming 2011.

2002. My dad died. Too much smoking. I was alone. My mom was broken. What was I supposed to do?

2007. My Lola's mom died. I was young. I did'nt really grew up with her. Everyone was crying, what do I need to feel?

2010. My only Lolo left us. My mom was shattered again. I needed to be the strong one. The oldest. I never cried… when someone could see me. Thank God, tears can't be noticed while taking a shower.

These are just of those emotions I had before and I'm afraid to forget them one day. So there,Those are just some of my reasons.

    Thank you for this opportunity.

    Hello Skysenshi Hermitage,

First and foremost, congratulations for making that decision to turn Otaku Fridge into a blog and being a finalist at the 2010 Philippine Blog Awards.

I really need a planner this coming year 2011 and it would be delightful to get a BDJ planner.

In preparation for that planner, I listed four important resolutions for the next year which can be found in my blog.
    http://specialeducationphilippines.blogspot.com/2010/12/my-2011-new-years-resolution-inspired.html

To maximize my winning potential, I also did the following things:
β€’I liked this photo you posted in the Skysenshi's Hermitage FB Fan Page.
β€’I tagged Skysenshi's Hermitage in my FB page and in my blog's FB page as well
β€’I left a link to this contest on my blog to spread the good news to fellow readers of my blog (which are mostly educators and advocates) http://www.specialeducationphilippines.com
since a planner is one of the top ten items in a teacher's Christmas wishlist http://specialeducationphilippines.blogspot.com/2010/11/top-ten-things-inside-teachers.html

Whatever the result of the contest, I would like to take this opportunity to say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you, your readers and love ones.

I have been trying to find the best planner that could help me be more organized! I think, having the BDJ planner could be the answer. πŸ™‚

My New Year's Resolution (What needs to be done in 2011!):

To spend more “me” time this coming 2011. I want to improve myself,
health: Keep myself fit and shed more pounds! Exercise! Exercise! Exercise!
family relationship: Bond with my family, spend more quality time with them and be a good daughter, sister and granddaughter!
personal relationship: Find a new boyfie πŸ™‚
work: Be more diligent! Get promoted…why not?! Instill on my students not only technical know-hows but also lessons that may be necessary in life.
faith: Strengthen my relationship with God. Hear the Holy Mass every Sunday.

To travel around the country and be able to appreciate the beauty of God's creations.

Save moolah! Nothing beats saving for the future. Hehe!

To become a “renewed” Dez! πŸ™‚

New Year's Eve has always been a time for looking back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the coming year. It's a time to reflect on the changes we want [or need] to make and resolve to follow through on those changes.

Success is not an accident, it begins with a well-conceived plan. By investing effort into a New Year's Resolution, I will be giving myself a launch pad for starting my new year and new life. So for 2011, I will get into a habit of being fit [which, in turn, will take care of losing weight. =P]

This always sounds easier than it really is. I am not going to tell you the number of times that I've started some exercise program and gradually cut back [with one excuse or another] until it became non-existent. The best exercise I've found is walking.

Walking is simple, natural, and doesn't cost a cent. I haven't been active for a while and I see it as a gentle low-impact exercise to place me into a higher level of fitness and health. For this coming year, I will strive to walk and walk as much as I could… and reap health benefits [no matter how little] in the process. πŸ™‚

It would have to be the 2011 Navi for me, please. πŸ™‚ Oh and I've already liked the photo in your FB. Merry Christmas!!!

Belle De Jour for me please!

    My New Year's Resolution:

I have so may resolution this coming new year. Just for today, I will not sit in my living room all day, instead I will move my computer into the bedroom. I will spend less than one hour a day on the Internet. This, of course, will be hard to estimate since I'm not a clock watcher. I will give up chocolates totally. 100%. Completely. Honestly….I will no longer waste my time relieving the past, instead I will spend it worrying about the future. But the most of all, I hope to live better, be stronger, wiser, and more involved in my community and the people around me. I will be more imaginative. I promise to be nice to my dog. I won't starve him to death more than 10 times…. in a month. Silly! I resolve not to call any phone number of any TV contest as they are always kept off the hook. I will never again eat a jack fruit before going to a public function. Funny, right? I don't know if I can do this!

My New Year resolution is: 1024 by 968 pixels!

I promise to stick to these resolutions for more than a week (even though I never do).

I will work to reduce my expenses by training myself to buy only what I need and not what I want.
I’ll have a no-spend week to put on hold spending for the entire week. I will leave the credit cards at home and use cash to shop for basic needs so I’ll know exactly how much to spend. I will buy regular foods items in volume when it is on sale and opt for generic, store brands. I will schedule a couple of meatless meals during the week.

    b) Resolve to be active and fit
I dont want any disease to throw me into bankruptcy so I will start eating smart and do exercise. I will take in food in moderation. By being healthier and fit, I can keep health problems at bay and live longer.

    c) Work towards financial security
I will set aside more cash in savings and my retirement fund. I will take on online job opportunities to earn extra cash. I also intend to invest in a pension plan.

    d)I will be environmentally responsible
I will adopt a simpler lifestyle. Scaling back my purchases on processed food, clothes, furniture will lower down the carbon cost of producing these items.
I will reduce the amount of plastic bottles and disposable items I purchase by bringing my own water bottle and reusable cloth bags. With less waste from my home, there would be less greenhouse gases from the landfill that receive my garbage.

    Belle De Jour Power Planner
My 2011 New Year's resolution is saving up Php 5.00 or Php 10.00 a day in my coin bank so I will have a reserved savings or emergency money in the future. This little savings is not heavy for my pocket plus it is very feasible since I can always get Php 5 or Php 10 in my daily allowance. Discipline is the key! Plus being thrifty is a good trait! This new year, I wanna relieve the thrifty me when I was still a young girl and prove to myself that I can still do it even if I am a college student.

hey I i don't know what I really wanted, but life goes on even without a resolution or a planner, as long as one has time to go through thinking about the day and the days to come and get into action.

I want the Belle De Jour Power Planner — My New Year's Resolution for 2011 is inspired by something I caught from TV. Here it goes: I RESOLVE TO HAVE A FUN, FEARLESS, 2011. I chose this because I realized that 2010 sucked for me because of decisions and actions that I DIDN'T MAKE. Inaction, procrastination, and fear paralyzed most of my 2010. So how and am I going to do that? Here are some simple steps I intend to take.
    (1) Choose to be happy. Find joy in simple things and don't sweat the small stuff.
    (2) Practice generosity. The universe, it seems, takes notice of the act of giving. When you give, the more blessings will come your way.
    (3) Take better care of myself. How can I have fun outdoors when I'm lugging 30 extra pounds? 2011 will be my TANKINI year! (and I have never worn one before) (
    4) Reek of positivity. As my friend says, positive is awesome. Stay positive and you will attract more people. Not attract — MAGNET.
    (5) Schedule and stick with it! I am not stiff but if you are working form home like I am, you have to learn how to follow schedules otherwise you will get nothing done. No moolah = no fun! With the Belle De Jour Power Planner I will be able to make schedules and stick with these schedules that I set. So I hope you choose me for this!

    dear BDJ planner,

i need you in my life. since i saw and “liked” your photo on FB, i have had my heart set on making you mine. think of all the exciting things we would do next year! there's that new job i need to get then prove my worth by remembering and being on time for appointments, and making sure that projects are on track. consider all the rain checks i've accumulated that are overdue: lunches with friends, trying out a yoga class, and all the “me-time” my boyfriend wants me to have. and then, the most important thing i need your help with: starting plans for my cheap-chic dream wedding!

    Hi Sky!
i would like to have the BDJ planner for me.
i need it to keep me updated and on loop regarding MY schedule.
Being a working Mom and a member of a photo club here Subic entails a lot of planning regarding schedules etc…

Ooops and my New Year's resolution.
I need to get back on tract and start running again, I need to be fit and healthy not only for myself but for the people who needs me everyday.. my children.
A very simple resolution but needed a lot of effort in doing it.

I would love to have the BDJ planner πŸ™‚

My 2011 new year resolution would be eat healthy, quality over quantity! As the new year comes, I'll be stepping into a new stage of my life, the big 3-0! And for that, I promised to cut down on meat, sweets and junk food! And start a healthier and greener lifestyle, staying more on fish and greens. I think this will be a great challenge for me since I love eating! Anyway, I gave myself a pat at the back because recently I just turned down an invitation to dine at a hotel's buffet.. good girl ! πŸ˜€ So I guess I'm already starting a kick-off before the new year arrives!

I'd like to own the Belle De Jour 2011 Planner that you are giving away. πŸ™‚

My 2011 new year resolution is quite different from my resolutions in the previous years. Maybe because it's not just about quitting this and giving up that. Now it's about being able to help my mom and dad in every single way that I can. Be it financially, physically, emotionally, whatever. Being an only child, I was always close to my parents and after graduating this year, I feel like its about time that I'm the one who's taking care of them as I think they've already done enough for me. πŸ™‚

    xoxo,
